    Cool Question about pushups ect..

    im running my first cycle, its t-400/ 1cc ew. and i seem to have a lot of energy to workout / my recovery time is quick, i already work out 6 out of 8 days. ( i do 3 days, day off, then repeat. ) can i do push-ups every night along with my sit up's ect, or is it best to just work my chest 2x a week on those days, thanks for the feedback.

    I am i my 8th week of 12 doing T400 at 500mg a week and I felt like a machine the first 5 weeks. I then started to notice that my muscles were starting to break down on me. I felt on a couple different occasions a slight pull in some muscles when lifting. I too was hitting it hard 2 days on one off then repeat. Just make sure your not overtraining. I cut back to one muscle group a day and then took a week off. I just started back into the two on one off and I feel great. I have put on 15lbs and I hope to get another 10 in the last 4 weeks.     Doing pushups everyday would overtrain your chest, shoulders and triceps. If you feel the need to do them, do as many as you can at the end of your chest workout.

    Don't bother with pushups, you'll just be wearing your chest down and reducing your ability to recuperate before your next workout.
