    6 day split question .

    Hello all ,

In two days I am starting my 2nd cycle . Im gonna do a 6 day split , without training my legs , my legs are massive enough , if i train them more they would outgrow my upperbody .

    Monday : Chest
    Thuesday : Back
    Wednesday : Shoulders
    Thursday : Arms
    Fryday : Chest
    Saterday : Back
    Sunday : off

Monday i begin with shoulders again etc...

My question is I am looking into high intensity low volume training . With that 6 day split in mind what would be an good amount of exercices per bodypart ? Im thinking 3 .
    Any advice would be appreciated.

    for me it depends on body part...bi's /tri's 3 each (small muscle groups)....back i do 4 exercises.....shoulders 4 (2 presses, 2 laterals + rear delts and shrugs)..chest 4 exercises.

sorry, i'd also like to add that your training arms, then chest the next day, that will not be best. I'd recommend doing close grip bench as its great tri exercise, but that will be detrimental to your chest workout the next day..i'd move that one off day to inbetween the arms/chest part...its not the best to do chest the day after training bi's and tri's, and your chest will suffer..i'd take your day off then.

Correct, I completly overlooked that .

Do you have an idea how i could train my arms , shoulders , chest , and back as much as possible in 1 week without overlooking the fact that i cannot train my chest or back after my arms ?? Also i cannot train on sunday , since my gym is closed . What do you think about this .

    Monday : Chest 4 exercices
    Thuesday : Back 4 exercices
    Wednesday : Shoulders 4 exercices
    Thursday : Bi's 3 exercices
    Fryday : Tri's 3 exercices
    Saterday : off
    Sunday : off

I think this would be the best i could do . Anyone else ?

Dude, you have to train legs..if you are so 'sure' that your legs dont need to grow anymore, then do lightweight, but there really isnt any excuse not to train them, exept injury, and it would help break up your ruteine much better.

If u insist on what u have, then id train
    chest/
    back/bi's
    shoulders/tri's
    Off
    chest
    back/bi's
    shoulders tri's
    off

I dont like doing two muscle groups a day, and i dont like not training legs....but if u insist, then i'd do something more like that..no reason to go to the gym and only train bi's or tri's...its a waste imo. do them together, or together w/ another muscle group
    Id like to see
    Chest
    Back
    Shoulders
    Arms
    Legs
    Off

    repeat...but thats just me.

Your profile says you have been training for 25 months.
    That begs 2 questions.
Why are you juicing after only 2 or so years of training??
What kind of leg routine are you doing (have done) if in only 2 years your legs are MASSIVE??
    Just wondering.
