    Lat workouts

I was just wondering what some of your favorite lat workouts involve. I work my lats pretty hard, but they seem to be the part of my body that i have the most trouble gaining size in. So if anyone has any suggestions of exercises that they feel work better then other to increase size in the lats, i'd love to hear them.

I do for my lat workout:

3 sets of pullups(can't do alot cause of shoulder injury)
4 sets of wide grip pull downs to chest(8-10-12-12)
    3 to 4 sets bent over rows(8-10-12)
    3 sets of seated rows(8-10-12)
3 sets of hyperextensions(I try to get 15-20 reps on all 3 sets, sometimes adding weight).

I do my sets differently than anyone normally does, I start off with my heaviest set and try to get at least 8 reps, and then drop some weight and try to get like at least 10 reps and drop some again and try to get like at least 12 reps, and sometimes I'll do a fourth set at the same weight. This may not work for you but has worked for me and a some other people I know, so try it if you want.

I dont know the official name of the exercise...but I use a wide grip on the pulley machine and I pull my arms straight down and I flex my lats when I pulled as far as i can go...works great
