    what makes a muscle hard!

    Hey guys! Just wanting to find how a muscle gets its hardness? I have a low BF% but muscles are not hard. What to do without AS if possible.

    5'10 and you're only 175lbs. You're doing something wrong then, you should be easily over 200lbs mark.

    Gen, I do not want to be over 175-180! I am where I want to be as far as size just want a little less BF, but more than that really hard! I am at 10% want to get to about 8%. The primo,deca and anadrol were all on separate occasions and not stacked with anything else. I was not real knowledgeable on that sort of thing when I took them. It has been several years since my last cycle. Thanks for the tip man.

    I creatine,glutamine,xenadrine (just started) and methoxyisoflavone along with protein. I will be honest though I just started the glutamine. I know I am an idiot for not using it before. Anything else I should be doing?

    That's good that you at least started. Make sure that you take multivitamins they are almost a must when you workout. They will help you a lot.
    ZMA (zinc & magnisium) you have to take it for a while. It works great.

    You can try some 1-AD that will harden you up some but you may gain ten pounds or so. By the way hardness has to do with blood flow. The more blood flowing into the muscle the harder you are. You can also try posing and flexing often. This will force blood into the muscles and eventually they should get somewhat harder.

    1-AD is a prohormone that is the precursor to 1-test. It is made by a company named Ergopharm. It helps you gain lean muscle mass without water retention and hardens you up. Disputably the best prohormone currently on the market...

    Screw that stuff...Its another prohormone supp...there are lotsa them out there. Not worth the money.

    You need to get your muscles pumped full of protein. However being thin and being lean are two different things entirely...Alot of people do not understand this. In the words of the immortal, Arnold, "Its simple, if it jiggles, its FAT."

    Have you ever watched a marathon? Have you ever noticed how loose their skin is (how much it jiggles)?? They cant weigh more than 120-30 pounds. But marathon runners are among the fattest athletes on earth (body fat percentage wise). THeir problem is that they burn away their muscle and their body uses the fat as fuel for their long distance running.

    Now I am not necessarily saying you are of the same category, but unless you are pretty built with a rippling six pack, then you have body fat that you can lose.
    Losing the body fat and some good weight training will harden up those muscles. Glutamine/creatine/Xenadrine/Protein are essentials...Prohormones work ok, but you get 1/10 the benefits of steroids , and all the possible side effects @ 3 times the price. Sound like a good deal?

    I am 176 right now, not very heavy, but I have good size. I am bigger than most of my friends. Shit I am more built than most of the guys at the gym for my height (5'9). I max bench 385. I have good hardness, but i could always lean out some more and get harder. If you are 5'11 @ my weight, and you lack hardness then I would suggest that its bodyfat, in between the muscles, causing you to lose density.

    Solid, That is what I was wondering. I am at about 10% BF and yes I can see my six pack but there is a layer of fat in between that I need to get rid of as well on my pecs. I was just wondering if I cut that fat then will I be harder? Sounds like yes!

    Well I agree and disagree here,.. go figure. If you want your muscles to be hard, take some winstrol . that will make your muscles very hard. Muscle hardness does come from blood flow, but also if your muscles have less water/fat they will become harder and leaner looking.
    As far as 1 AD, it is junk. Done it, didin't make my muscles hard at all, just gave me a bunch of useless side effects. Hardness IMO comes from ripping and less fat/water. from my own personal experiences, winny works best for me. I haven't found any OC Suppliments that works like Winny.
    Of course if there was an OC product that worked like AS's, then they wouldn't be illegal would they? Then people would stop buying AS's right? Think about it.
    As far as muscle hardness without AS, then I can't really say, I haven't found any OC suppliments that makes my muscles hard. I do knowt hat 1 AD didn't make my muscles hard, just gave me pimples and high blood pressure.
    course IMO there is no comparison between OC suppliments and gear.

    Sicilian, Would it be ok to take winny by itself for hardness? I have thought about taking it,I have only done gear a couple of times. Not wanting to make a habit of it if you know what I mean!

    Well I know plenty of people who said 1-AD works for them. Hell it worked for me. Could have been improper/ insufficent usage. I tried of hearing people say things don't work for them and it all because of their discipline. Look how many people have done AS and don't look to great. Are you saying their gear was bunk? I think not. Yes it is more expensive than gear but he said he didn't want to use gear.
    Adding a lot of protein won't help because your body can only use but so much the rest is garbage to the body. As far as winny goes yes by itself it will harden you up. You don't have to stack AS in order for them to work or else they wouldn't be made like that.
