    Red face How much BF% can I lose?

    How much bf% can i lose in 6 weeks? Im 5'11, 193lbs, 16.5%. What can I do. Naturally. I'll do anything, bust my ass doing cardio day n night. I dont care, If I loose a lil muslce. But I need my bf to be as low as it can go, with in 6 weeks. Tip/advice will be highly appreciated. thank u!

    I'll say it before anyone else....diet diet diet, and cardio in the am on an empty stomach. Don't just run your As* off bc even though you dont mind losing muscle, if you stay around 75% of your target heart rate you are going to burn more fat. Good luck.

    Little natural tip that might help.
    Take 6mg/kg of caffeine 1 hour before your cardio. Caffeine has been shown to increase lipolysis. It is also an ergogenic aid. Thus, by increasing your duration, you will increase you overall caloric expediture, leading to faster "weight" loss.
