New Routine, Need Advice...
Hey all i'm new here. I'm from Long Island, Tell me what you think of this routine i attached. My goal is strength and hypertrophy.
Right now here is my strength:
Bench: 275x6
Squat: 315x8
Deads: 325x10
I'm looking to go up in weights and add size.
I'm 5'10" 180lbs

Switch the leg and shoulder day to give your upper body a rest. Or go day 3-1-rest-2-4. I dont know how sore you get but splitting up shoulders from the chest and arms is a good idea.

i dont do those in a row i do mon,tues,thurs,fri
mon - legs
tues - chest/bi
wed - off
thurs- shoulders
fri - back/tris
