    from his latest book:

    smith macine presses 1* 15reps 120lbs
    1* 12 240
    1 8 340
    Seated db laterals 1* 12 2x50
    1 8-10 2x70
    One arm cable laterals 1* 20 35
    1 8-10 70

    Shrugs 1*12 2x140
    1x10-12 2x185

    * = warm-up sets

    Also dorian yates used other splits earlier in his career. For example dorian first used behind the neck presses, then later db presses, and finally smith machine front presses because he found it difficult to balance and unsafe to use db presses with 150lbs dumbbells.

    I have his blood and guts movie, and this is exactly what he performs on his shoulder workout day.

    no..he only uses 315 for about 6 reps in blood and guts..not 340 like he says in the book..unless the smith machine bar is heavier than 45lbs (20kg) which may be the case...
