    cardio q

Is it OK to do cardio 3x a week for 60 min rather than 6x a week for 40 min on a cutting diet?

You still get 120 min of fat burning time in each method.

You're right. You do get 120 minutes of fat burning with each. But you can extend lipolysis after cardio by avoiding carbs and consuming a pro/fat meal. So this would mean that 6x a week would be most beneficial.

Make sure you do the cardio at the right pace/time for fat burning as well, or it doesn't make a sh*t bit of difference.

It's kinda like saying, "If I eat six meals today, I don't have to worry about eating anything tomorrow, because for two days I would be eating six meals that would equal about 6,000 calories. So what's the difference if I eat 6,000 calories every other day instead of eating 3,000 calories per day?" You would be starving on the day that you're not eating. Losing is pretty much the same as gaining. You need to do it every day for the best results.
