    chest shoulder workout

    Hey. For about 2 months I have been doing bench press, and shoulder press with dumbells. Do you think it would be good to switch them up to barbell? Which one is 'better', ive heard both.

    dumbell or barbell I do them like this

    1 warmup
    6-8
    4-6
    2-4
    1-2
    burnout
    superset

    its always good to alternate, keep things fresh and keep your body guessing.

    there is no better...slizzut is correct in that every 6-8 weeks u want to alterante from barbell movements to dumbbells...or u can do like 6 weeks of barbell flat and incline dumbbell and then the next 6 try dumbbell flat and barbell incline....as far as throwing shoulders in with chest ive found its good for cutting actually....for straight mass/strength i recommend doing chest by itself
