Target heart rate?
So how do you fiquire out your target heart rate for fat burning? i thought it was your weight-age x.65-.70 is that right. that formula says my target heart rate is between 107 and 116 beats per minute, the tredmill at the gym says my target heart rate is 127 beats a min . am i doing this right?

Its not your weight, its ( ( 220 - age ) * optimalHeartRate ) in decimal form

To tell yea the truth I dont know, maybe someone else knows why. I never really thought about it, because I used to be 20 so multiplying any decimal by 200 is easy. Now that Im 21 though, my whole world is off tryin to multiply a decimal by 199 in my head, LOL.

You need to find out your max first. Are you in realativley Good shape?.......cardio wise?
