im doing
chest/biceps on monday
legs-tuesday
off wednesday
back/calves-thursday
off friday
saturday shoulders/triceps
tring to gain good mass and muscle size, im doing 300mg deca with 400 mg test e. right now i do a 10,8,6 moviing up in weight each set on my big muscle groups but not sure how many sets and reps to do on like the tri's and bi's, any help would be great. thanks
