new slpit tell me what you think
heres my new split any suggestions welcome;
Monday - bi's, tris
Tuesday - legs
Wednesday - back
Thursday - off
Friday - chest
Saturday - shoulders
my old split looked like this but I changed it up because my tris werent recovering in time from chest day and my bis werent recovering in time from back day (I think its because I was using the DC method for about 3 months and I was used to low volume training). I figured I would switch it up because my arms need improvement the most.
Monday - chest
Tuesday - back
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - off
Friday -bi's, tris
Saturday - shoulders
