    Question Veins In Your Arms?

I heard that huge veins sticking out of your arms means you are lean well my body fat is 5.9% and I'm 15, 6ft tall and 160 pounds and I bench 245, curl like 45 with one arm, Lat Pullover like 320, lat pull down 130 on daily workouts, and was triceping 80 pound weight behind my head untill I switched to the machine with cables now I use like 90... I notice when I lift my veins pop out of my arm and by my elbow almost .5-1 inch, it either does it then, when I flex, or when I constrict the upper part of my arm. Is this a good sign while lifting weights... What does it mean??? (I don't use supplements EVER)

It means you're a vascular ectomorph. That's all it means.

It's against board rules to be on here while under 18 years of age....

Was nice knowing you bro, and keep up the iron game!

Wow Bermich you are just giving tons of GREAT ideas to all the members who should be banned or were banned from this board on how to get around the rules. I wonder how much the mods appreciate you doing this.

He seems to be a good bro, so I sent him in the right direction. I PM'd him a site that allows members that are his age... I doubt he'll be back on anyways....

Of course not, however, he was mature enough to find another board where he would remain within board rules...(and he's already signed up for a fact)...

not possible. I was 6 foot 120 when I started pumpin iron. Yep couldnt even put up 50 pounds on flat. 10 + some odd years later all that has of course changed, to 6 3 225 naturally. But at 160 there is no way that someone at age 15 can put up 245 after training for what 2 years tops? and not "taking any supplements"

and 160 at 6 foot, yes, IS SMALL... gotta start somewheres... just like I did.

    eh kid, prove me wrong

It is actually possible.I've gone tru TWO training partners who were both around the same stats as that kid and as strong as me... that was scary.Superstrong ectomorphs.. as a matter of fact.. i still train with one.. he doesn't even get sore, doesn't run from my poundages either. It's mind-boggling

Hate to say it guys. But it is more than possible. I'll link you up to a post I posted last year some time. I powerlifted in highschool in the 181 & 198s. I posted the state records for all the weight classes. I believe there is a kid that was 165 and benching over 300. I have seen that with my own eyes though. You probably wouldn't believe me if I told you I weighed 180 at age 17 and repped 500lbs. but I did. Let me find the Link.

Oh **** hehe, and ontop of that let me add that I'm 19, and after I cut down to 153lbs a few months ago. I was still repping 260.

There's the link. The records may have changed as those are a year old. Hoping I still have the squat record though. Anyways, there is your proof. Check out the 114lbs. class. The kid weighed under 114lbs and benched 245lbs. That is also with a 3 second pause.
