is this OK?
Hi im 18 5,8 182 I,v been working out for the last 6 months. And iv seen huge gains, from benching 135 to 225[max], cearl 120 [10], is this good?? And all im taking is vitamens and i dont eat good. Would it help if i had a better diet of froot and veggies?? I have a lot of people comment on how fast i grew musle. Would it help my bench if i did sqout becase i dont is that bad i never work out my legs only my upper body THANKS AND SORRY FOR MY SPELLING I WAS I A Herry

Yes, you would make better gains if you ate well and worked your legs. Your upper body can only go so far ahead of the lower before it stops growing. Also, Squats and deadlifts (i'm assuming you dont do those either) help release the most HGH and Testosterone .
As far as "froot and veggies" go, they won't really help you build muscle but help round out your vitamins and minerals with essentials. Make sure youre getting enough water, 1-1.5 gallons a day.
RESEARCH ON THIS SITE!!! It is more valuable than any book or dude at the gym especially as far as diet goes.

My problem is i never work on one area each day ,i do every thing. Bench press , cearls,chest, in one day. I heard thats not the best work out roitein??? But the best way is to work on one area a day is that true??? thanks!!!!

As my esteemed colegue and lifting partner pointed out, RESEARCH THIS SITE!!!! Do one or maybe two muscle groups in a day, no more. Doing a "full body" work out every day wont do anything but burn you out. Bench press works your chest, if you thought it was different from your previous post, "cearls" or more commonly known as "curls" work your biceps (upper anterior arm). Eat lots of protien and carbs, a few veggies, more protien, and water water water. Fruits dont do much as far as building muscle, I eat bananas cuz theyre good and easy to carry around to class. Oh yeah, READ THIS SITE!!!

We know you are trying to learn, but if you are asking if your diet will help you then you really need to do some research. It will help all of the homogay gurus here help you better

I don't think I can even touch this post. I would have to know a lot more than Tboy is telling, especially given the nature of the posts he has posted. The other guys are right Tboy, do your reading and you will learn. Good luck
