    help with obliques

    what works the external obliques the best? and internal obliques?

    I forget what the exercise is called. Grab one db and lean to the left then to the right. then put the db in the other hand and do the same thing.

    do you mean your standing with db's in your hand, and lean back and forth? or do you lean forward? or..

    yeh, your standing, and you lean side to side. You sould not move forward or backward at all. and you should only have 1 db in a hand, the other hand should be empty.

    yea u can superset those with the broom handle, assuming u know how to use it.....that works good
