    Out of town work out???

Im going out of town for two weeks and i am not for sure that there will be a gym. Im thinking of doing a lot of push ups and sit ups but i dont really know what else i could do without weights. What do some of yall do when your out of town to try to stay in shape?

Pushups n situps are a good start. There are all kinds of things you can do using your own body wieght. Sit on the floor with your back to a bench or chair and put your palms on it and raise up and down for dips, pullups, flutter kicks, a few others that I forgot. Find a bucket and put sand or water it in and curl it. Find someone that is stayin at a hotel and get them to let you in to use the hotel fitness room.
