    Question Hey guys I need help deciding?

    A couple of weeks ago I posted for help on gettin more pull ups. I need to buy a weight lifting belt that can hold weight so i can do weighted pull ups and dips. Problem is our gyms in GtMo don't even have neither . I came across this website http://store.yahoo.net/net2fitness/extrheha.html to see if they had any. I have no idea what type of belt i need to to do weighted pull ups with. I just want to order the belt so i can do mad pull ups. I wanna be a 300 PFter. *main goal

    Try going to a sporting good store....I really have no idea if they would carry them or not, but sometimes its easier to actually go out and look than to surf the net.

    LoL a sporting good store in Gtmo? they don't seem to carry that at the Navy exchange. Thats the only store we have down in cuba....

    Question

    Wait a second is it a dip belt i'm after?> Can anyone confirm if a dip belt would just solve for my weighted pull ups?

    thats ok. Do you know if its a dip belt I need to do weighted pull ups with? I'm still confused and i don't really know. Could someone enlighten me?

    if your dip bar is low enough to the ground, you can cradle a dumbbell inbetween your feet. that's what i do and it works well.
