Which one do you all think is better?
First one looks better for me. You could work your arms with it as well.
For as much money as the first one, you can get to the gym and access a whole lot more equipment, and of better quality. Personally, I wouldn't bother with either.
i dont like any kind of machines for your own home.. nobody i know that owns one motivates themselves to use it.. it usually sits next to a tv and they all say to themselves..hmmmm workout here on my machine or watch a lil tv.....lol
Only real difference is the first one looks like it has thicker padding and it has a preacher.
Go to the gym! Doesn't matter if you are just starting out, we've all been there! Don't bother going to check the gym out first, if you know where it is just go. Obviously don't sign up for a month straight away, pay for a single session to see if it is equipped well etc.
But don't feel intimidated by all us juice heads! We all started somewhere too.
yeah i agree if you get a home gym you'll never use it b/c you know it will always be there just get motivated and go to ur local gym you wont regret it
Spinal, this is what I do for a living. I sell home/commercial fitness equipment. I wouldn't buy either of them, but for a different reason than other people have said. Neither one of those pieces is nice enough, if you become serious. Go to the gym, get a base, and save some money if you want to work out at home. If you buy home equipment on a tight budget, you get sh*t, and don't use it. Good luck in whatever you do. By the way, the second one is the better quality piece if you want to know. The Keys brand is a knockoff, but it is built pretty well.

Chica is right on. I would even consider a rack with a smith, which is why it will cost you some change. A lot safer though, if you have to work out alone.Quote:
