Do cardio for 30 or 45 minutes 3 times a week and use weights 4 days a week. It will come at a cost though. Cardio will slow muscle growth, but at the same time, it will fight off fat. The result of mixing cardio and weights will give you slow, lean growth. Be sure to keep your protein up and eat a good diet.

A little cardio (15-20min) is good after lifting. It burns out all the acid so your not as sore the next day.
