I started my cycle a week ago and I was looking at my arms today thinking, 'they look alittle bigger, theres no way.' Got out the measuring tape and they're 1/4 inch bigger! Small accomplishment I know plus its probably just water but still this is huge for me since my arms havent seemed to grown in a year no matter what I've tried. I'm pumped.
