Heavy weights low reps. Last set is usually only 1 or at most 2 reps.
Doesn't change for me from cutting.

Yeah, basically what Swole said....From what I've read, many of the pros dont change their workout until about 2 weeks out from a show, because by that time they are squeezing out any excess water and they simple dont eat enough to have the energy...otherwise their workout rep range is the same, just different exercises...
I would say anywhere from the 6-12 range is good, 12 starting at the beginning and 6 at the end of your exercise, by that time you should have enough weight on where you can barely get 6, if you can get 6, try going for as many reps as you can, or next time add more weight.

whar about number of exercises per bodypart
basically whether ur bulking or cutting you should stay within 9-12 sets total per body part. However every one is diff. u cant ask us whats the best for you, only your experimentation will reveal the best set/rep ratio for you.
