Cardio PWO
Hey guys a quick question about PWO cardio. I know a lot of you say early morning but what about 30 minutes brisk walking pwo? Is this good for fat burning?
The second part of this question is do you think I should slame a protein shake after I work out at the gym and then hit the treadmill, or do my shake after i finish cardio?

The best time for cardio is on an empty stomach, hands down. Otherwise your body uses the food in your gut as fuel instead of fat. The best time for a post workout shake is after working out completely, otherwise again, during the cardio your body will use the shake instead of fat. 15-30 min after the workout is the most anabolic time so slam the shake then to shuttle the protien (w/ malto + dex) to your muscles at the optimum time.
