pump for pics?

what would be a good workout to get pumped for pics?
weight...
reps...
sets...
opinons would be great! thanx

what does your workout look like now? I would do a full body with whichever excercise gives you the best pump. good luck.

not heavy, just enough wt to help get blood into the muscle...

If youre just goin for pics then what I would do is blow the $hit out of your shoulders and then do a few bench and a few squats. Should have ample pumpatude and vascularity.

it depends on what kinda pics your taking? but yea your best bet i can think of would shoulders and traps...maybe get a little bis in there pumped a bit..

do some bench press supersetted with pushups

True, be careful on how much you pump up. There is an optimal range for each bodypart and you will just have to find it.
