no i dont think that you are overtraining. It looks good to me. I try to train each bodypart twice a week with about 4-5 exercise for each part and i never have had signs of overtraining.

it all depends on how intense you are going. Are you doing forced reps or negatives, and if you are eating and resting enough. Not everyone is the same some people take more volume than others. The thing you want to do is to stimulate the muscle just enough for it to repair and grow when you are resting, the faster you can do this the better.I like to work out heavy, intense, and not a lot of volume. The larger muscle groups i use 12 sets, but for smaller ones like arms i only use 8-9 and that is enough for me,but like i said everyone is different only you can tell,if it works for you than go with it.

That would be over-training for me, but it may not be for you. It all depends on your body.

Yes when I was working out I would do cardio every other day 30 minutes after my workout. I'm starting up again and now doing 45-60 minutes of am cardio then my workout later in the day.

I would do a workout very similar to that but over time I just got burnt out on it. I'm doing DC now and I really like it a lot.

24 working sets for me would be WAY too much. Just out of interest, why are you working bis with chest and tri's with back and not the other way round?

I switch it up every few months or so, but I remember someone telling me your working your tri's while doing chest. They said your working it more then you want to so to split it up.

Looks like a solid workout routine.

When you're not getting a pump anymore (at the beginning of the workout) it means i haven't gotten enough rest time for that muscle.
