    Morning cardio ..wow

    I’ve learned so much from this forum, but morning cardio was the missing link in my routine. I was doing cardio after lifting in the evening. But doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach has made all the difference. And best of all is the results are driving me to get out of bed every morning.
