if i do cardio at say 6am for 45-60mins (45 being min and 60 being max)
at 65-75% of my max hr (220-20 = 200 * 065 =130, 0.,75=150)
so i should aim to work at between 130-150bpm
the one thing i was unsure of, was what should i have pre cardio?
obviously i dont have a post cardio meal or anything,m but after should i have some dextrose + whey as i would after a normal workout, and how much?
