    Lower Back Pain

Hey guys I got a question, I have a pain in my lower lower back, right above my ass that when I sit in a certain chair, or a seat (like a honda accord seat), my lower back just starts throbing, it hurts more when I breath in. It did this before I worked out so I know its not from working out and ive never hurt my back. It is a pain that feels like its in the joint not in the muscles and I cant figure out how to help it. Anyone know what im talking about, it seems that if I get a pillow and put it under my lower back it eases the pain when im in an uncomfortable chair. I dont know whats wrong w/ it. Any ideas?
