    hello
hmm, im feeling that each time im working my legs, and i do it frequently, i work mostly one leg, the left one.....
each time i squat, its the left one that works best.
i just had an operation in my ass just below mu coxis, they removed a cryst, could it be that they damaged a nerve, and thats why im not balanced??

Don't know about the operation thing, but you can do leg exstensions one at a time to preaxhust the quads, then hack squats one leg ant a time, and then do the squats!

Other ones you can try are single leg split squats and lunges. I would suggest doing an exercise where you work each leg seperatly then doing exercises where they are both worked together, so something like slingle leg split squats then normal squats.

I have the same issue with my Tris if I just do things like pully pushdowns and dips, I need to do single are dumbbell extensions first then do the dips, pushdowns etc next and i feel it really good in both arms.
