    Question Joint pain...

Hey guys, just a quick question. I only just started lifting this week.. so i started on something quite low, but at the end of the exercise the muscles in my arms ( bycep/trycep) hurts, and the more i do it the more it hurts, quite sore. If i stretch or bend the arms the pain comes. Is this normal? or am i lacking a better warmup?

    Thanks you for your comments

You will feel that 'special feeling' bro... it's normal... in your muscles that is...

But, in the title, you say 'Joint Pain'... explain where the joint pain is... pain in your joints isn't really a good thing...

    Stretch, eat and sleep...

Hey guys, the pain is really at the elbow joint... its killing me. I cant bend or stretch my arm straight without feeling the pain. My brother said its normal, but its never hurt like this before.

Give it some time to heal and take it easy on your next workout if it is still sore. Make sure you stretch good otherwise you can get pain like that.

If the pain is on the bicep side of your elbow then its fine, just muscles...but if its on the other side, then its still fine If you are only just starting to workout then chances are you dont have joint problems. If it persists for more than a month then perhaps you could be concerned. Good Luck bro!
