Front Delts/Bicep Help
I need help building my front delts and bis. My tri's look awsome but my bi's and front delt don't look good at all. Does anyone have any suggestions to a good routine or idea to help me blast them hard and fast.

Do legs hard and your whole body will benefit from it and grow. Working legs hard causes a natural GH release in your body. Squating and deadlifting are the best for GH production, bench press and barbell rows also help release more GH.

Yes, legs are the key to overall growth, but in response to your question, just hit them hard with whatever workout you find works for you. No one can tell you a definate answer as to what the best bi/delt workout is. Just make sure you mix in hammer curls and hit them hard. Along with your diet you will grow. Dont fret.

Train each on its own day and work it hard.

also, depends on your current routine. i work chest on MON & shoulders on FRI, but on my chest day I do decline bench & flies (along with flat & inclines). Declines will work your delts as a secondary muscle group.
