    Arm Blasting

    is there any way to blast arms to get max. growth in the arms?

    Better yet, alot of Benchpressing, really heavy rowing, and use the heaviest dumbells possible for mil pressing. isolating excersizes wont do **** if the rest of your body is not big enough and will be out of proportion with your chest back and delts. as far as being out of proportion, do you think your body will let your becepts grow and be able to handle a weight that your back cant handle.

    as far as arm isolation movements. Barbell curling, preachers, hammers, close grip benches, skull crushers.
