    injury layoff update

    i took a month off due to a back injury.ive been off the 1-tu for that long also, with no pct.i just got back from the gym from a chest workout and felt stronger than ever.i felt a lot better and had a better pump than ive had in a long time.im beginning to think that a good month off once in a while is a good thing.its good to be back!!!!

    thanks guys.im just wondering if i should do light deads tommorow.my back feels okay but i dont want to push my luck.
