bulk cycle workout sched!
hey guys i will be starting my bulk cycle aug1! i will be on test,deca ,dbol ! i got my cycle down but wanted to know what you guys think on my training! i want to do some cardio so i dont get sloppy!lol
mon- chest&tris
tue- am cardio empty stomach
wed- back & bis
thu-am cardio empty stomach
fri-legs & shoulders
sat- am cardio empty stomach
what do you guys think?

I prefer a split with chest/tris/shoulders on the same day and get legs on a day by themselves. Only downside is that the chest day becomes a longer period of time at the gym than i like.
I prefer a 3 day on 2 day off lifting schedule, but since you are running a cycle you may prefer not to have that much time off at once.

Your split looks ok. The periodization will determine growth.

after legs i don't want to do anything else! i'm shot i'm w/ CMU throw the shoulders in w/ chest...they're being worked there anyway..just finish em off
