    any alternitave for pull-ups

    is their any form of pulldown that can be substituted for pull-ups?

    Or pull downs narrow grip, reverse grip... use the attachments to vary the emphasis.

    You should be trying to get up to your body weight on your third or forth set. It will take time, but keep adding weight over the weeks and months and you will get there.

    Pull-ups and especially weighted pull ups will put meat on your wings like NO other exercise. Period.

    anything that u can see as doing a pull up, pulldowns, do assisted pullups if u cant do the real ones.. i never do em, widegrip pull downs work for me

    I would think that like standing reverse grip pull downs or something along that line would be like doing regulat pull ups
