    am i doing cardio correct

i know there is no such thing as spot reduction on weight loss but i was wondering when i do cardio i walk on an incline for 40 mins. i usually just hold the bars infront of me. i was wondering will i lose more excess in my arms if i dont hold on to anything. this is probly a dumb question but i heard many different answers and thought i would just ask the pro's

Exactly. It won't do anything for you arms per say but it's all relative to your HR during the session. I can guarantee you if you let go of the bars in front of you your HR will rise considerably. Just keep it in the zone whether that be arms on or arms off, whichever works the best for you.
