    ardio?

    hey, if i do the cardion in the morning empty belly, so when do i do my weight workout??? just after the cardio or in the afternoon??

    if its after the cardio then i would be working more than 1 hour and probably become catabolic???

    No earlier than that afternoon is probably best.

    Yep, catabolic city, work out in afternoon. Plus you gotta get one or two meals in there between cardio and workout.

    IMO do it when is is most convenient for you. If you decide to do it in the morning have a pre-workout shake with protein and carbs in it, or else you will be experiencing a great amount of catabolism. By doing cardio on an empty stomach that has been staved since your last meal the previous day.

    You can do what is best for you. Like Urban said if in the am make sure you eat first.. Personally, I like PM workouts, most carbs are being used so hopefully when I get to bed my body has not too many carbs. Carbs at bed leads to fat. I do have some carbs after but not alot
