    Critique My Chest Workout

Tell me what you think and if this is right for mass

3 sets per exercise, 5 exercises in total

    Dumbbell Press 10,8,6
Incline Barbell Press - 10,8,6 or Hammerstrength 12,8,6 depending on how much energy i got that day
    Dumbbell Flyes - 10,8,6
    Underhand Cable Crosses - 12,8,6-8
Pec Deck 10,8,6 or Regular Cable Crosses - 12,8,6-8 depending on what i did last workout

is that too many reps, too little sets? give me opinions.

    I generally do:

    3-4 Sets of Flat DB presses...for 10.
3-4 Sets of Incline DB presses... for 10.
3-4 Sets of Machine Flyes... for 10.

However, from time to time I do flat/incline/decline Barbell presses as well...
Change is necessary.... I'm also trying to incorporate weighted dips...

BUT... this is what works for me. Different routines work for different people.
If you are trying to solely put on mass, I would forget the flyes... JMO...
Also, lower reps, higher weight. (6-8 would be ok for mass, solely)...

For mass Blown is right but id keep the flys just because i like the way they stretch my chest out. The thing I would get rid of or not do as often would be the cable crosses. I prefer weighted dips just like Blown suggested if you do it right it feels great. But once again you have to tinker with your workout to see what works better for you

Always have something that gives you a good stretch, preferably at the end of the chest workout IMO. flexibility in your chest will make it look better bc you can really work every inch of the fibers...IMO

IMO cables are for toning- I try to stay away from any cable workouts while bulking.
Free range workouts with dumbells and bars is what pumps your chest.

    I like to do:
    Bench 3 sets, 6-10
    Incline 3 sets, 6-10
    Decline 3 sets, 6-10
    Flye's - 3 sets, 8-12
    Cable Crossovers - 3 sets, 8-12

You guys this might be over training my chest if i do this once a week. I crushes my chest everytime i do it, so i love it but im thinking it might catch up with me in the end and stop gaining cuz im over training. Tell me what you guys think.

I think that's a good routine nsa, i'm going to do the top three definately and just keep it simple but still be working crucial parts of the chest. Thanks
