    Inner/Lower Chest Development

    Hey guys,
I have a big problem with my inner chest development, but moreso at the very lower middle of my inner chest. I was wondering if anyone had any specific tips to help me fill that in...?

    Thanks

Yep, I think doing dumbell flys is really good but when you bring the 2 dumbells 2gether to meet up the top, twist your fists outwards so the 2 thumbs are going away from eachother as you bring the dumbells in. This will make your lower part of your chest flex and come in together. You might not understand what I mean but its the best way I can explain it.
