What excersize do you find best for thick upper arms?

Hammer curls are a must for wide and thick bis.

what form do you use for hammer curls? Across the body, or straight? Seated? alternating?

You'll probably get a bunch of difference answers but I like to do mine half way across my body while standing. And alternating.

hammers are great for thickness, dont leave out preachers though.

Your tri is the biggest arm muscle. If you have big tris your arm will look even bigger. Do skull crushers, dips, pull downs for that. Bicep 21's are killer as well.

Standing biceps curls and close grip bench presses, build up your strength then worry about shaping.

doing curls standing with a wide grip and then a couple sets with a close grip, heavy weight will thicken them nicely...
