    lat excercises

    hey.. im havin sum trouble finding some good lat excercises? can anyone tell me some excercises where i can work my lats out? or what are the best excercises for the lats?

    -barbell row, a little bit angled up pulling the weight to your waste

    -weighted wide grip pull ups with palms facing away from you

    -lat pull downs

    barbell rows/dumbell rows(one arm) pull ups/pulldowns seated close grip rows/T-bar rows and finaly deadlifts

    Kegel excersises? Just make like your interupting your urine flow and repeat until you feel "the burn" LOL

    For mass they are 1. bent over rows 2. dead lifts Other great ones are 1. wide grip lat pull downs, seated rows, one arm db rows, t-bar rows, and to really stretch use db pull overs straight arm & weighted chins
