need a question answered
sup guys.......well im getting ready to do a show and i wanted to know some things because i know that doing cardio in the morning is the best thing to do ( thats waht i did for my last show ) but i workout in the morning now so im kinda lost.....what would be my best option ???????? i workout at like 7 and i dont wanna do cardio before that because i think ill be to tired to do my workout. what should i do??

Well, if you can do cardio whenever. The BEST thing would be to do cardio at 7, then refuel all day, come back in the evening and blast a bodypart.
