    need a question answered

    sup guys.......well im getting ready to do a show and i wanted to know some things because i know that doing cardio in the morning is the best thing to do ( thats waht i did for my last show ) but i workout in the morning now so im kinda lost.....what would be my best option ???????? i workout at like 7 and i dont wanna do cardio before that because i think ill be to tired to do my workout. what should i do??

    well i have time to do it whenever but i wanna know what would be the best time to do it since i workout like at 7 and i dont wanna do it before because of my workouts.

    Well, if you can do cardio whenever. The BEST thing would be to do cardio at 7, then refuel all day, come back in the evening and blast a bodypart.
