The gym in town has some new stuff, but mostly older stuff. The ROTC gym at school has some reel old stuff all the way up to brand new pec deck and cable mach. The rec for everyone at school has pretty new and good quality stuff, its just scattered all over the place from idiots not reracking dumbells and plates.

I have a home gym. I actually left it at my kid's mother's house and she sold my treadmill. I still have my smith machine, recumbent bike, dumbells, etc.

I've got a home gym... All free weights with a couple of high/low cables plus I have a smith rack (for safety when working out alone). I can do pretty much every exercise I could think of with my setup.

I am guessing this was directed at me, asking how I could do T-Bar rows at home? Simple... Barbell T-Bar Rows.

My school has the leg press machine on the right..but my gym at home (golds) has a much better one. I think I got my herniated disk from the old machine.

I have that same attachment hooked up to my smith machine. It looks like it came with it.
