Well not new but improved. And more excercises for those months when you want to mix it up a little.

Yes it definitly helps when your are just not gaining any more- if I see progress being upheld by routine I always refer to this site- tons of workouts

the webmaster has good **** for articles and information, but the forum is full of total pussies. they are like 15 years old and 145 pounds giving out horrible dietary and workout advice. just look at pics of ANY member on that site, and i'm sure you'll see what im saying. its good if you stick to the articles, once you read a few forum posts you'll come crawling back here hoping nobody knew you registered! :lol:
