Chest/Shoulders together or separate?
Trying to figure out my routine for my upcoming bulking cycle. Right now this is what i have done for about a year.
M-Shoulders/Traps
T-Legs
W-Chest
R-Off
F-Back
S-Arms
S-Off
Works relatively well. What I'm wondering, is since shoulders get worked with the chest AND back, should I make it like this?
M-Shoulders/Chest
T-Off
W-Legs
R-Off
F-Back/Traps
S-Arms
S-Off
Also, is either split including too many rest days? I know I'm just going to go F :banana: cking crazy if I'm on Test and Dbol and im not in the gym....
