Routine Question
I was just curious to know if this routine is ok or not. I don't want to be overtraining any muscles. All excersises are low reps and as heavy as I can handle.
M-Chest/Bi's/Abs
T-Legs/Abs
W-OFF
Th-Shoulders/Tri's/Abs
F-Back/Calves/Abs
Ranging from 2-4 excersises per muscle depending on larger and smaller muscles.
Any advice or comments will help. Thanks Fellas.

That shouldn't be over training other than your ab's, but you might want to try this:
M - Chest and tri's
T - Back
W - Legs and calves
TH - Shoulders
Friday - Biceps and abs

So if I leave it the way I have it set up, how many days a week should I do abs and how many sets/reps??

You can do ab's however many times a week you want, so long as you give at least 1 day off for your ab's, i.e. train ab's everyother day.
