Went to the Doc

Well went to the doctor today...said I most likely pulled a muscle real bad or a tendon.Gave me some pain pills a muscle relaxer and an anti inflam...my question is are any of these medications not good with gear? I dont think so but just curious...gonna see how they work then start light at the gym on Mon.Thought for sure it was a pinched nerve..oh well..he also wants to do an MRI

i have done that, and i was fine..lol

I'm not sure if this is true, but I've heard that pain killers and similar meds slow down or stop protein synthesis. Maybe someone can verify this to be true or false.
