    Cardio during bulk

Would 45 minutes of cardio on non-lifting days done in the morning on an empty stomach with an ECA stack hinder muscle gain any during a bulking cycle? This is assuming sleep, diet, and training are in check.

It all depends on your goal. If you trying to bulk because your a skinny kid with very high metabolic rate weighing say 140lbs @ 6' tall ,then YES it will hamper gains. In that scenario you need to do no cardio. Other than that then it would not hurt unless too much cardio volume. Good luck
