I'd say thats overkill to say the least.. To help strength yes low reps, heavy & minimal rest. Hopefully the increase strength will yield some mass (should) but is no garrantee

Doing them on a daily basis is a waste of time and energy. Continue that for long enough and an injury is inevitable.

what is ur goal size or strength...when i tried bringing my bench up i was doing flat bp two times a week on chest day and back day and it started improving weekly but five times a week? i think 5 times a week would probably put a real kick in ur progress

    thnx

thanks, i doubted that, but its hard to go and make a f***ing coach understand that! i like squats, but moreover; if this part of the body is getting attacked frequently, won't it try to develop more get bigger??? , well i guess then the rest time comes, maby i should sleep 20 hrs and train 2 hrs.
hehe knee pain...hmm...im carrying ths pain since im 13...with all the squats.
i dont do max everyday but doing 60-85 % daily.and max on friday... can anyone give me a provessional link frm which i may show the coach that doing that everyday is not a good thing...
