Missed 3 days due to injury

I just missed 3 days of working out due to an injury. I'm coming back tomm and I was wondering if their was anyhting I should do. It's a tailbone injury so I can't really bend over and it's only like 75% healed. Should I wait another day, or start light, or what? I have never had a real injury before. I would have worked out these days, but I just can't bend my body without being in pain, so I needed to take some time off.

Start light, but most important listen to your body it speaks volumes. If a particular exercise is causing pain, stop.

take more time off, trust me, u go back too early u could relaly **** ur body up and then be out for a real long time, i ****ed up my left foot a while ago and got back into lifting too early and had to be in a cast for about 2 months, come back to lifting when ur fully recovered, especially being ur tailbone which is involved somehow in just about any movement....
